The Nori Press is a handheld steam iron that requires no ironing board. It features six fabric-specific heat settings, a steam function, elongated arms for better reach, and dual heated aluminum plates that press both sides of a garment at the same time.

How to Iron and Press:

  • Turn the Device on. Once plugged in, you will see a thin line of light at the bottom of your LED screen. Lightly tap the power button and watch your device scroll through six fabric-specific heat settings.
  • Choose your Fabric. Check your garment’s tag to see what fabric you are working with and then tap the fabric-setting button on the side of the device until you land on your desired setting. Your desired fabric setting will blink until it has reached the appropriate temperature and you are ready to Nori.
  • Iron your Clothes. Position your garment on a hanger or lay it on a flat surface. Place your garment in between the two heated plates, apply pressure, and drag slowly. The slower you press, the fewer swipes your garment will require.

How to Steam:

  • Open the fill hole on the back of the device and fill it with distilled or tap water.
  • Tap the steam button on the side of the device and wait for the icon to stop blinking. When the icon stops blinking, you can start steaming.
  • Point the tip of the device to the sky and begin steaming or pressing with steam.
  • When a water droplet icon appears on the LED screen, it is time to refill the device with water.

Care Instructions

  • The device is tap-water compatible, but we recommend using distilled water when filling the steam port.
  • Clean the plates with an all-cotton cloth if starch or other residue accumulates after the iron is unplugged and cooled. Remove the dirt from the plates with a damp cloth or sponge.
  • Any sediment or buildup around the steam vents can similarly be cleaned with a cloth or Q-tip. After the iron has been thoroughly dried, turn the iron back on and lightly steam over an old cloth. This will help remove any residue left in the steam holes.
  • When finished cleaning, turn the iron off and allow time to cool before storing.

Return Policy

A product may be returned for a full refund (minus return shipping fees) within 30 days of receiving the order. The refund only applies if the product and its original packaging can be returned in the same condition as when received. The customer will be responsible for associated return shipping costs. We will not take responsibility for returns that may get lost in the mail.

Please empty out any water that may be in the Nori Press' steam chamber before returning your unit.

To start a return, please email us at hello@nori.co with your order number. Please make sure to include the return slip provided by our customer service team in the package. Original shipping fees will not be refunded.

All approved refunds will be processed within 7 days of arrival at the warehouse. The bank transfer might take several days to be visible on your account. Please contact hello@nori.co if the refund does not appear within 20 days.
